My stay at the spa hotel was a mix of good and bad experiences. The setting is beautiful, and the friendly staff made an effort to create a welcoming atmosphere. However, the cleanliness of the facilities left much to be desired, and there were issues with the dining service and food quality. Overall, it was a decent getaway, but some improvements are definitely needed.
